Clean the outside of the explosion-proof motor in time, and clean the dust and oil around the machine seat. Check and clean the explosion-proof motor junction box, and carefully check whether the wiring screws are loose, burnt, and other phenomena.
Check the transmission device, including pulleys and couplings, for cracks, damage, and whether the installation is firm.
Regularly maintain and clean the bearings of the explosion-proof flame proof motor, and replace the lubricating oil or grease.
Check the insulation performance of the explosion-proof motor. The damage of the insulation performance of the explosion-proof motor not only affects the normal operation of the explosion-proof motor itself but also endangers personal safety. If the explosion-proof motor is used, the insulation resistance should be checked frequently. Especially if the explosion-proof motor is not used for a period of time and the explosion-proof motor is damp in the rainy season, the reliability of the explosion-proof motor shell should also be checked.
