Technological process for intelligent manufacturing production line of coiling.

The intelligent manufacturing production line of motor coiling developed by CCS, is the most productive line of the highest degree of automation for medium and large high voltage motor coils internationally, realizing the complete automation process of winding, taping, bulging and transferring. Under the premise of technical quality, it has substantially increased production efficiency, meeting the capacity requirements for the 150 high voltage coils per shift.

With more than 50 sets of experimental testing instruments, power control equipment company CCS is capable of carrying out experiments of electromagnetic interference, power quality analysis, temperature rising evaluation.
